We are so pleased to have y'all visit us.  We are very proud of our Southern Heritage and Cakes. The South has such good food and rich traditions to offer that we want to share a couple of them with you. One such tradition is our Grandmother's Poundcakes and the other is our love for the game of Golf.

We have perfected our family's Poundcake recipes handed-down from generation to generation. Our recipe is a combination of my Great Grandmother's from Savannah and my husband's Great Grandmother from Atlanta, not too far down the road from Tara.  Our recipes have been in our families dating back into the late 1800's waiting to be combined into what we believe will be the best Poundcake you will ever taste.

We have created individual Poundcakes called Southern Belles. They are shaped like the hoop dresses worn by Southern Belles in the Old South. The Southern Belles are baked in several flavors using the finest flavorings the South has to offer.

Any Southern Gentleman will tell y'all that the South has some of the finest Golf Courses in the world and the game is played to perfection every Spring in Augusta.  As a way to share our golfing traditions, we have named our Poundcakes, Cookies and Gift Baskets after golf holes of Great Southern Golf Courses and golf terms used by every golfer.

Come on in, look around, or walk out on the veranda and look at the back nine.  Sit a spell if you like, and give our cakes, coffees and gift baskets a try. We know y'all won't be disappointed!
